Pencil Santa Carving #707

Carved from a piece of 2" wide x 2" thick Pennsylvania Basswood, this pencil Santa carving stands approximately 10.25" tall. 

Santa features a Burgundy red robe with decorative white trim.  His over-sized hat droops to one side creating a whimsical appearance.  Santa's Christmas Green gloves make a nice accent to the carving and his wonderfully textured beard makes an eye catching feature as the antiquing pooled in the hand carved grooves.

With plenty of textures, this carving really draws the eye .
