Day Dreamin' Santa #671

When I look at this Santa, he almost looks as if he is staring out into space.  He's definitely day dreaming about something, but I have no clue as to what.  Perhaps you can figure it out!

His Christmas Red coat is a change from the dark burgundy or wine colors Tom usually works with.  The facets of the carving make him a delight to run your fingers over as you imagine the chisel cuts used in his creation.

Day Dreamin' Santa was carved from a 2" square block of basswood and stands about 6" in height.
