A well-designed pastry pin allows you to transform dough into an evenly rolled thin disk of pastry without stretching, tearing or overworking it.  Most wooden  pastry pins are made from beech - usually imported from overseas.  Tom wanted to create a pastry pin made from beautifully grained USA hardwoods to create a kitchen utensil that is truly special.  Our wooden pins are great for pastries, cookies, jelly rolls, biscuits and more.

Remember that these are hand crafted one at a time.  We are not a warehouse full of products we are trying to move - we are artists trying to create functional works of art for you to enjoy.

Solid Maple Pastry Pin

Tom hand turns these on a mini lathe.  This pin is approximate 13.5" in length with a rolling area of approx. 8"  The handles will turn smoothly under your fingers to roll out your pastry.  Featuring a blonde wood with attractive light brown rolling grain, our solid maple pastry pin will be an attractive and useful addition to your wooden kitchen utensil collection.

Solid Cherry Pastry Pin

The picture above says it all - this is a truly stunning utensil with incredible grain and coloring!  Approximately 13.5" in length with a 7 3/8" rolling area, this pin features rounded handles for added comfort.

Solid Walnut Pastry Pin

This pin is approximately 14.5" in length with a full 10" rolling area.  Hand crafted from solid walnut, it provides a good weight for rolling pastry crust.
