Wooden Tasting Spoons

Tasting spoons allow you to stir your soup and taste as you season without changing spoons.  Simply spoon out some broth or gravy, allow it to run down the hollowed handle to the small spoon at the opposite end so you can have your taste!   You are buying the actual spoon pictured - these are in-stock spoons - please do not increase the quantity in the PayPal shopping cart or your order will be refunded!

Tasting Spoon A - Cherry Wood

Featuring some striking brown grain against a gorgeous red hue, this spoon is approximately 13" in length and carved from 1" solid cherry.  The large bowl is 4" long by 2 1/2" wide and the small bowl is about 2" long by 1 1/2" wide.

Tasting Spoon B - Cherry Wood

A lighter more mellow grained wood that looks like a piece of fine furniture.  The orange red coloring has some beautiful swirls of tan brown grain. This spoon is approximately 12 3/4" in length and carved from 1" cherry.  The large bowl is 4" long by 2 3/8" wide and the small bowl is about 2" long by 1 3/8" wide.

Tasting Spoon A - Birdseye Maple Wood

Carved from 1 1/2" thick figured Birdseye Maple, this spoon is approximately 12 1/2" in length.  The large bowl is nice and deep, about 4" long by 2 5/8" wide and the small bowl is about 2" long by 1 3/8" wide.   This spoon features some incredible grain and holographic Birdseye figuring on the back and side of the piece.  It feels great in the hand and will be a featured utensil in any chef's kitchen.
